The Pearl of Africa Music & Instruments Awards exists to recognize, celebrate and elevate the people shaping Uganda's music industry.

From established stars to emerging voices, from Kampala to the farthest corners of the country, our awards celebrate the diversity, creativity and cultural richness of Ugandan music.

We recognize not only artistes, but also the producers, songwriters, musicians, sound engineers, DJs, bands, studios, promoters and other professionals who make the music industry possible.

Through regional and national categories, the awards create a platform where talent can be discovered, recognized and connected to new opportunities.
