Celebrating Music Producers & Sound Engineers
We recognise and honour the creative minds and technical experts behind the music. From award-winning producers and beat makers to recording, mixing and mastering engineers, we celebrate the talent, innovation and dedication that transform musical ideas into exceptional sound.
Honouring the minds behind the sound and the magic behind every hit.
Our Judging Process & Regional Awards
PAMIA brings together respected and established artists, professional instrumentalists and music industry experts to serve on our independent jury.
For established artist categories, winners are determined through public fan voting, giving music lovers across Uganda a voice in recognising their favourite artists.
For instrumentalist categories, participants showcase their skills through live performances before a panel of experienced judges, who select winners based on talent, creativity, technique and musical excellence.
Winners receive prestigious awards, cash prizes and other exciting rewards.
A Nationwide Journey
We take the awards across Uganda, celebrating talent region by region — Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern Uganda — before culminating in the grand Central Region ceremony, where the biggest awards and celebrations take place.
